I mean-- obviously the material is poorer and the construction inferior. Obviously the cut probably doesn't appeal to us. But I think it's important to remember that this is not for us. Dudes who are into the J. Press mainline are not the target audience.

J. Press already reaches you and your business-- when you go into the store with a big J. Press sign above the door.

Would I buy any of this stuff? No way. Do I approve of its existence? A hundred percent.

I don't anticipate buying more than a shirt or belt. That blazer makes Thom Browne look oversize.

for real. I actually had the opposite reaction... I'd be more likely to consider them if they were more tapered (say 7.5 opening). edit: though I still probably wouldn't buy them b/c they're from UO and probably 80% polyester...

^^ IIRC, most of the pants are 100% cotton. I'd be interested in seeing how good the fabric actually is though.

I like the blackwatch and buckleback pants, but would prefer it if the leg opening was 7.5".
