And bravo to Fritzl. I have the feeling he did this as a favor for his shoemaker friend Kalman with little or no profit for himself.

right you are. the shoemaker is mr. gyula kiss. here is part of the story

mr. kalman berta is the lastmaker for mr. kiss and many other european makers in austria, germany, italy etc. he delivers the trees for "operation paprika" and he is very helpful. it's a pleasure to deal with him. my first encounter with him must be around 1999, since this time he is my only source for trees.
