How many vacation days/holidays do you get per year?

@ school now but here is info on my Old firm (Consulting)

Experience: 4 years
Title: Consultant
Sick/Personal/PTO - 25 days (all came from the same bank)
Holidays - 8 + 1 floating
Carryover up to 30 days from one year to the next

I never used them all until i quit (took 1.5 months of vacation!)

50 days per year (Can't carry any over)
6 months full sick pay! (My previous boss took this, returned for 3 weeks and took another 6 months)

Currently 365 (except leap years).

Acutually I enjoy what I do ... and continue to work (on average) about 16 hours per week.

I work for a defense contractor and have been here for a little less than 3 years. Here's what I get;

~18 Days of PTO/Calendar Year
~ No sick days, just use PTO
~ 12 paid holidays (including christmas)

Pretty great perks for me considering my last J.O.B was working for a fast food restaurant

27 vacation (going to have 3 weeks in July)
11 holidays
Unlimited sick leave.
