I never thought about this, but I pull up from the bottom which results in them being inside out afterwards.

These are the actions I take in sequence:

1) I take my right hand and grab the bottom of my left sleeve.

2) I pull my left elbow in towards my chest until it is completely inside my shirt.

3) I reach my left hand all the way down past the hem of my shirt and then raise it to my side. Simultaneously, my right hand grabs the hem and pulls it up towards my chin.

4) I then take both hands and grab the bunched-up material of the shirt, and pull the neckhole of the shirt over my head.

5) I then grab the right sleeve with my left hand and pull it off my right arm.

6) The shirt is now completely off. Enjoy!

Interestingly, it is topologically possible to remove a t-shirt entirely even while handcuffed. This is an advanced technique, beyond the purview of this lesson, and is left as an exercise for the reader.

lol, silly man... silly... but even more silly that I'm replying: Cross your arms and bring them to your sides and run your fingers under the shirt and keep your thumbs on the outside of the shirt. Grab the fabric and then lift your arms up over your head uncrossing your arms

I found that

1) Reusing items

- Insert hanger into t-shirt WHILE wearing.
- hang hanger w/ t-shirt still on on a hook (i use a hook on my door)
- Raise arms
- squat and relieve yourself of the shirt

Voila!

2) Not reusing - headed for wash

- don lady stockings on head
- pull lady stockings far below t-shirt neckline
- get out of t-shirt (much smoother w/ ladies stockings)

Hope this helps

I unbutton the front, and then take it off each arm...

If you mean T-shirts, who cares? If they stretch, go buy some more.
