Hello gents, I have been following this thread for quite a while, yes, 2 years now. I During my last 2 years I have improved my wardrobe and the way I dress considerably (can't look back at my old pictures as I feel ashamed), and still learning and improving. Thanks to someone's suggestion and encourage I am feeling brave today and I am posting here a few pictures and details of today's outfit. And being my first day I am not risking colours, blue will be. Feedback and opinions will be much appreciated.

Francisco.

Musqurl-  one thing about the Fresco-   advise go wth a dark lining

I honestly don't know what color lining we went with for the MTO. I'm assuming Greg just selected something dark for us, but I'll have to ask. Thanks for the advice.

Está bien! Here is an example of great color coordination--the PS to the coat, of good taste, and of knowing how far one can go with bold patterns. An outstanding first post. That is a splendid knit tie. I like the white edge on the bottom.

MOSSROCKSS - Thanks for the detailed reply. I could have pm'd you but I thought other members would be interested in your answer as well.
Coincidently I am a journalist and my wife was head of Melbourne's Eye and Ear Hospital medical photography department for many years - something which does not lend itself to portraits.
However she also maintains light, rather than the camera, is the key and to be fair we have been working with very poor light, something I must rectify. The very first pics I posted here were taken by her outside in excellent light and it makes all the difference.
I look forward to further shots from you.
