Gracias. I have to work on my Photobucket editing skills....I need some lessons.

easy peasy lemon squeezy!!!

this is what works for me:

1. add some contrast (scroll the bar to the left) to make each piece (jacket/tie/shirt/PS) stand out. if the lighting is ok, not much, but if its too dark or too light you will need to add a decent bit.

2. add or subtract some brightness to compensate for the contrast adjustment and general lighting. i usually need to add, but sometimes if it was really bright and sunny out, i will subtract.

3. re-saturate to get some better color so its not too drab. a little, but no too much, or it will look artificial.

4. add some warmth to make it whiter and take away some of the extra blue tinge that is usually prevalent in pics.

then you should be good to go !!!

+1. Might want to go to "Enhance" and select "Color Fix" first, then do 1-4 above. Sometimes it is helpful to up the sharpness just a bit as well.

@ murl - nice! i find the controls are easier to use on a computer though. keep at it. try using more aggressive adjustments and see if you like it/it makes things more reflective of how look irl.

good luck!!!

@ CD - i have tried those too, color fix is sometimes wonky for me, and sharpness sometimes makes it grainy. both sometimes they are good. defo worth playing around with.

Not what I am wearing right now, but what I wore at the beach on a cool, damp, and foggy day in 1965. I am wearing a jacket and tie and I am carrying a beach blanket. After lunch (we ate at a club by the beach that required a tie in the dining room) I walked about a quarter mile up the beach and beach blanket-napped Frankie and Annette's beach blanket. (For those of you not old enough to remember, Frankie and Annette filmed "Beach Blanket Bingo" on the same beach in 1965.)
