Being new to the scene I can't really provide anything but I'll definitely be keeping an eye on the Tokyo portion of this initiative.
Welcome to the forum :))
I hope you'll find many interesting topics to read and comment!

I like Vienna - hope to go this winter.  But I don't know much about shopping there.  Would you be interested in getting a few stores in there, and then letting Viennese locals or frequent visitors pitch in?

Cheers,

Fok.

Frack & Co. is a store dedicated to formal wear, better than anywhere else I have seen in the world and at quite reasonable prices. They sell tailcoats, tuxes, daycoats and all the accouterments. They even have foldable tophats (even Locke in London doesn't sell that) and capes!

This store is just to the left of Bitzinger on this pic. Which btw is a great place to get some snacks after the balls.

Across the square is Jungmann & Neffe.

Knize is on the Graben.

Their RTW jackets is kinda meh. But they have their bespoke section on the second floor. I saw some examples with nicely made Milanese button holes. They are known for their Knize Ten cologne (which isn't to my taste) but they do have other colognes that are not as extreme that I did buy. When I was there they had a great selection of madder ties, with patterns and colors I have not seen elsewhere.

There are several bespoke shoe options in Vienna. There is a whole thread about it and is another topic on its own.
