I would prefer the green loafer for spring/summer.

Loden suede loafers (maybe both full strap penny or string) is definitely in the works! I'll announce it in December so we can get it before spring!

Justin - I'm down for shell... I don't own any and the split toe would be a nice style for it... cordovan or saddle?

I do however have another proposition... Carmina Tanker Boots:

997146

997147

I'm open to suggestions but I do prefer this one the way it is though.. dark brown suede. I feel the white stitching pops against the dark suede.
I'm partial to Soller on the belief that it is a wider(widest) last... but if that's not the case then I'm down for whatever is :)

Ian I have never purchased any split toes and I tried on Alden's split toe and it blew my mind. Such a great shoe.

If we do a split toe can we do it on the Queens just as its not a super wide last but its a slightly cleaner last. Id be open to any color shell, light or dark. I will at some point add the no8 shell from Alden so I would prefer a lighter to medium shell. Cognac might be the best IMO.

Steve I am always open to the boot option

Hey guys I have been thinking about getting a shoe like this and wanted to see if we can build a MTO through Steve

Forest Last Shortwing
Double leather or Dainite
Saddle shell
Lining color open to discussion as well

Here are some pics:

I have this shoe in dark brown cognac shell and absolutely love it. It's one of my favorite shoes and is incredibly versatile. Been thinking about getting the same shoe in burgundy shell. Saddle, though, . . . hmmm . ..

Saddle would be the best way to balance out your dark cognac shell :slayer:

I might be interested in that split toe too... Was thinking about that or a single monk for the next order. I'll have to wait on last input until the loafers come by, but I have a feeling I might need something a bit on the narrow side..
