Can I have your opinions on these please?

It is essentially a Tricker 'Piccadilly' UK 8 in a 5 (standard) fitting.

However, it has been cut from genuine cordovan shell and has also been made with a double leather sole.

How are these very traditional english brogues received in the US?
Is it too dour for a high end shoe? (It should retail in the region of £800).
I'VE REDUCED THE RESERVE TO £226 IN ORDER TO SELL!![/COLOR]

If you like it, I have the chance to purchase in UK 9.5 and UK 11

What is the length of the soles (in inches, please) from heel to toe on the UK8? It might be mine.

I love this too. Excellent. If aportnoy doesn't grab this, I'm next in line.

Although just curious how these fit? I have a size 10.5 D (US) in C&J Cordovan that are a little too big that I will probably sell and don't want the same problem again. Do these run big or small compared to the C&J 9.5 UK 337?

My personal experience is that Trickers run on the roomy side, especially in terms of width.

Love the shoe Salsalocust, was actually tracking it last week but a bit too rich for my blood @ BIN on ebay. I would love a shoe like this to pair with my jeans.
