The BIWS modules have my recommendations, assuming you mean modeling for business development.
"Corporate Finance" is a term thrown around quite a bit. I work for a very capital intensive company and Corporate Finance is the group that works with the bankers to issue debt and equity and forecast net income. When you boil it down that is what it is in my opinion. Everything else is under Accounting, and Cost Management.
