I'm fine with $50, 4 team playoff if only 10 teams

For the draft are we doing snake or auction? I prefer auction but i suspect most will lean towards snake.

Also, when it comes to picking up/dropping players during the seaosn, can we make it so that it's not instant/all done once a day?

Yeah, I think snake draft is probably what people are most comfortable with (I've never done auction, but I agree it's probably the best format if you have a lot of knowledgeable people).

Waivers are usually processed once a week on Wednesday or Thursday or something and then processed in reverse order of standings.

i'm open to doing anything other than standard. if you've never tried, 2qb/ppr is really fun. did one of those for the past 3 years and it's always interesting seeing the different approaches/strategies people take in the draft.

I've never played FF, so I have no real opinion here.
All I know is kickers are pure gold and you can never have enough defense, right?

2 qbs are insane,2 flexes only mildly less so. I vote for 1 flex, and .5 ppr as well.

Definitely right strategy on the k and defense.

Any input on draft time? Any time over labor day weekend is good for me (with the exception of 6pm PST on Saturday the 3rd).
