how about Nevis on black willow and dainite? i like black cc, but this boot would be more of an evening city boot IMO.

this way, it would have texture, durability and class. do we have 6 interested parties perhaps?

After in one month filling the gap of the galway, dover and chelsea. I have the chance to close the gap of the westminster.
can someone post a pick of them being worn. I see quite difficult to find a picture of them, googlewise.

what concenrs me is that the dover and chelsea are in DOAK, and so would be the Westminster.

thank you

i think the "dark" comes from burnishing and that lends itself to variations from one shoe to the next

Who is the manufacturer of a Dark Oak leather? Is it possible to make a briefcase out of it? Would be cool to have a matching briefcase with the shoes ..

I know, but their briefcases have stratospheric price .. I thought purchasing the dark oak leather separately from the manufacturer and than forward it to a briefcase maker in UK who is much cheaper and I'm satisfied with his work ..

I will try not to go off topic, but Ray Clark from the UK represented his work in a Briefcase Thread a while back. His briefcases were in a 350 GBP price range, which is just what I need, and I loved his work .. Clean and nice .. Personally I would be satisfied doing a briefcase like this one he made only in Dark Oak and wear it with navy suit and doak chelsea ..

I'm not sure the answer of your question, but a well known retailer of EG shoes recently told me that EG just switched the maker of some of its leathers - last 6-8 months. Not sure if all calf leathers or just some. Will post pics some time this week - took delivery of pair of Canterbury's in Burnt Pine and they look very, very close to DOAK. Could pass for DOAK to me and I have quite a few pairs of DOAK.
