This is one way to get around re-soling. How much is EG charging now-a-days for that?
Think it's £165 could be wrong though.

That's not too bad. Last time I was at C&J they quoted around $200 for benchgrade.
Haha if I had that many works of art I'd be tempted to not wear them as well... thankfully I don't have that problem!
On another note, I am picking up my first pair of EGs - Dark Oak Dovers, any pointers for a soon-to-be-graduate? I know a rubber topsole/topy is blasphemy to some degree, but what are your thoughts on actually getting this done? I really want to extend the life of the soles. I'd also appreciate any other pointers regarding EG care
