You are right about left-wing news being common on Digg but considering that it's the site's users that vote on posted articles, that doesn't really mean Digg itself is left-leaning, just it's membership.

Honestly, considering the age/social demographics of users, can you post out many non-political web2.0 sites that aren't left-leaning?

I used to read it pretty frequently a couple years ago, but got tired of the site.

Been using /. for a long time now, 9 or 10 years I think. These days, it's mainly the article summaries and not too much of the discussions.
