Corneliani Mantua vs Academy suit

Gents,

I own a Corneliani Academy suit. My size is usually US 42R.
But 44R in the Academy model fits me quite well in the shoulders and chest.

I emailed Corneliani seeking the same info but they never got back to me. I emailed again but no luck.

Here are the measurements for a 54R (Italian) suit jacket.
Length 30inch
Chest pit to pit 22” (44”)
Shoulders point to point 19”

I have seen some nice cornelian Mantua suits online.

Can anyone tell me how the Mantua fits compared to the Academy model?

If you can provide measurements for chest and shoulder, I will be truly grateful.
