Grilled calves liver with mustard mash potatoes and red cabbage
pumpkin soup with chicken liver , shallots, and kidney
braised short ribs with carrots, onions,and some other goodness
whole chickens livers pan fried with pistachios, and some other stuff ( i forgot)

Lemon tart
fruit tart
chocolate covered pretzels with different toppings.

A **** ton of booze.
