Heat never stopped me... I sweat allot more then anyone else, I been seeking medical help for it. Oddly it's most my face, scalp, and neck (doctors?). I still drove a Triumph Spitfire top down with no AC for nearly a year in Florida. Best driving experience I had on public roads. Drive that car within the edge of state and city limits is driving that car to the edge of it's life. Oddly 9/10 it would start right up the next morning.

If I ever get around to getting a bike, it'll be a Ducati (or a Royal Enfield), 916/748 or something more modern, 1198 dependant on my budget.

R1 whines too much :fence: An L-twin is more alpha :fonz:

Ducati have just been bought by Audi. Strange bed-fellows.

Not if you think about it VW owns Audi, Seat, Skoda, MAN, Scania, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Bentley and Porsche, they also owned Europcar car rental at one point.

From my knowledge Ducati's are known for being "unreliable" like Lambo was 10-15 years ago, so it could end up being for the better.

Edit: they also own 20% of Suzuki.

I thought it fitting too. european company with superior and forward-thinking engineering and design on two wheels rather than 4. With all the brand diversification VAG has been doing i think it was the next logical step.
