Halp!

I used to have the problem in school too. Fucked up plenty of tests. The bad news is I still do it before big meetings, so you have that to look forward to.

It's difficult to sleep when you're excited, or worried about something. Be glad you still ain't jaded and still look forward to some things.

Try Meletonin & an iPod.

I usually listen to my iPod when going to sleep, it helps greatly. I like the sony earbuds. I've tried many other earbuds, but they feel uncomfortable when I lie on my side, etc.. with the sony earbuds they don't jab into my ear if I lie on my side.

I listen to a variety of things, and usually when I wake up the earbuds are out of my ears due to the movement while sleeping. but they help me fall asleep.

A booster sleep aid I take on occasion is Melatonin. Its not going to make you fall asleep like prescription sleep aids, but it will help calm you and get good sleep once you're ready for bed. I like the 3mg Melatonin by NOW. It's pretty cheap, and if used occasionally lasts a long time.

Feel for you man. I'm in the same situation.

Another vote for melatonin. It works and doesn't require a prescription. It's great for jet lag too.

I've been rewatching some winter olympics on my pvr -- figure skating mostly. It's a nice reminder of what real pressure is. After thinking about that, the anxiety and pressure from exams just doesn't seem so significant anymore.

Also:
Don't drink. You'll be dehydrated for your exams.
Don't eat anything sugary late at night. Your blood sugar will drop in the middle of the night and **** your sleep.

For real.

If you can't sleep, try jacking off. If that doesn't work, try jacking off again. Problem solved.

Yes and yes. Best cure for jet lag too if no warm friendly female is within striking or paying distance.

Besides it's natural, cheap and you are equipped for it. Use it or lose it bro. Save the drugs for after the exams/important tasks when the pressure is really off. Then you partaay and shag for real cause you earned it.
