Hello!

I'm looking to find a solid, brown (or chestnut/cedar) Derby to replace a cheaper pair that my razor toes are eating through. I'm looking to spend no more than 250$ USD, calf upper, etc. Does anyone have experience with these?

Also would anyone suggest Herring over Pediwear to order online? I'm thinking to go with Pediwear as they have low global shipping + free shoe trees

Allen Edmonds Kenilworth (clearance on a cloesout style..)

and I'm thinking about the burgundy based on this helpful thread:

Loake 1880 Gladstone dark brown:

Barker Epping:

Or Herring Burlington:

Anyone with experience with these shoes? :)

Cheers,
G

The Kenilworth in dark brown were my first shoe purchase from AE. I didn't realize they came in burgundy as well. Side note, what is interesting is that even though then Kenilworth is on the 5 last, I had to go half a size down from my usual size in that last.

You can get those kenilworth from the shoe bank (2nds) on sale right now

Cheers 7 rocket! I have a pair of 5th Avenue as my first (and only) AE shoes, but never got the fit right. Got an 8.5 D first, but the crease was seriously hurting my toes so they took them back and suggested I go up in width and down in size but the new 8E just scrunches my toes up in the box and not comfortable!! How are these for comfort for you? Think I'd try a 9E if narrow

The shoe bank doesn't have a website right? Only inperson or call/email? How do you hear about deals on there?

They're comfortable but I 99% only wear dress shoes to work. What are you planning on wearing them to? Unlike alot of other AE shoes, they're sleek. Where are you located? I suggest trying them on before you buy.

These I'd wear with jeans or casual Friday's mostly. Wish I could try them on, I'm in Singapore but back in MD for a bit over the holiday

Just scored a brand new pair of Kenilworth seconds in bourbon for 60 'murican dollorz + shipping. Love them, they work with basically everything I wear to work (on the casual end of business casual)
