saw it last weekend

One thing i cant get my head around is did she kill herself at the end of the film or not. All signs point towards she did as it fits in with the rest of the film (i.e. her life mirroring the story of black swan etc), but theres no way she could have danced with a huge gaping wound in her abdomen. Maybe im trying to cover up for a huge gaping wound in the plot - or maybe her ultimate suicide was also in her imagination?
