I am considering hiring a secretary on an hourly basis. Lol. She asks what the hours will be she's getting a boot to the ass out the door.

A lot of smaller shops hire part-time admin to help get caught up and do busy work. Unless you are clear upfront that it's a full time position, it would make sense for someone to ask about the hours.

Hooters is obviously a full time position. 6pm-2am daily.

If a company asked you to stay longer hours and insisted that and that what is their company is doing for a long time, it is a red flag for me. The company maybe asking you to stay longer hours instead of hiring one more staff to stay out that late. People also have life though it is hard to find job. People dont get job and kill themselves just to earn so much. just my thoughts here.
