Who the **** are you?! I don't know you!
I meant I wasn't sure why he was asking me about something he said. I was clearly responding to another poster. Maybe I need to read further back in the thread, but I'd rather not.

It occurs to me that pants can really destroy forums.

"Blood Diamond Pants" destroyed Militaryphotos.com

"TAD Gear Spartan Pants" destroyed Usualsuspect.net

And "Ambrosi Pents" will destroy Styleforum.

Since we were talking about handwork on trousers produced locally in NYC:

SPOILER THIS IS A LINK TO MY AFFILIATE THREAD WITH PICTURES OF FANCY TROUSERS. IF YOU ARE OFFENDED BY MY "HIJACKING THE THREAD" OR BEING "TOO COMMERCIAL ON THE FORUM" DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK.

I would be genuinely interested to compare and talk about the two makes.

You have more metal loops and less handwork.

Yeah, but not all of his customers want a ton of pick stitching or get it.

His pants vary.

SInce Ambrosi began building his Asian business I've noticed a lot more display pieces with a greater amount of obvious stitching. I assumed it was for display but perhaps also for that audience? Maybe the stitching was always there but I didn't see as much since most of the pants I saw were heavier weight fabrics.

One thing Ambrosi does that I haven't seen elsewhere is make the cuffs so that you can unbotton them to clean them. Not something you use all that often but it is nice.
