just curious, the labels says it WILL Shrink after wash.... so the store associate still refund you just after your complaint about the shrink?

You may have to be a bit stern and make a song and dance of the sutuation. The associate will probably refer you to the manager.

No song and stern needed. There's light shrink, and then there's 1-1.5 size shrink. I just showed the manager the knits, she laid them on top of a new M size one and saw the big difference, instant refund.

pretty sure they have sales periods longer then when items are full price, so do NOT buy AS at full price, even at 50% the price is questionable.

They are charging VERY premium prices for what they offer in terms of quality, product, fabrics etc.

I've had two All Saints knitted jumpers and both of them came apart at the neck. This was going back to mid 2014 and I had them for just over 6 months.

I was quite disappointed but all my other All Saints gear is great.
