@Andy57 I’m happy to share this week’s title with you. Thanks for the votes, everybody. I’m on vacation until Saturday, Andy. Are you up for running this week’s challenge?

Congratulations to you for a formidable challenge. I was hoping not to win, as I really suck at setting these things up and have no useful ideas. So, unless you are simply unable to do so, I'll happily cede the field to you.

Thanks. I was encouraged by @Caustic Man to create a challenging challenge. I think it was. As such, it didn’t yield a high participation. As winter is coming to an end, maybe a challenge around he season. Maybe a tweed challenge, flannel challenge, or something like that. It should garner a good turn out. As I mentioned I’m on vacation. I’d rather not do it. If you’re not game, maybe @Caustic Man could take the reins.

That would be fine with me.

I’m happy to do it if the both of you are not keen to take it on, but my challenge will have a twist. Just fair warning.
Go for it! I would owe you one.

Why not a theme that encourages creativity in different directions, rather than asking for interpretations of the same idea? For example "what would you wear to meet Robert Moses" or "to the premiere of Stravinsky's Rite of Spring". With a few words to justify the choice, or left to be guessed by the voters.

I have an excellent idea for a challenge but I will save that for when I actually win a challenge.

Is this a (not so) subtle way for me to try and get sympathy votes at the next challenge?

You'll have to vote for me and see...

Congrats to the winners! Nicely done! In what I expected to be a bloodbath, there were some really nice fits. Consider my mind changed.
