Yeah, I know the cutsieness of the design won't win many fans here, but unlike many of the more high-minded ugly buildings in this thread, the artistic conceit here doesn't come at the expense of practicality, nor is the execution particularly overwrought. Trust me, when you spend days in a car driving cross-country, you come to appreciate kitschy roadside attractions like these.

What's next, are we going to start critiqueing such classics as The Big Duck?

Now this just looks like a bulding based on the doodlings of a kid who was bored in class.

If buildings are to be ugly, they should at least be intelligently ugly. I approve of duck and basket buildings.

I had to live in this complex for two years. i think my school has scrubbed the internet of pictures of it. seriously. took 15 minutes to find this picture of any building in butler college.
