i already have some tortoise wayfarers. the classic ones, not the squared off new ones.

. . . but i'm getting bored with them so these are my prospective buys. here are the aviators i'm considering.

i really like how these Gucci ones slant down on the top, kind of like the Mosley Tribes Enforcers - anyone have any suggestions for other ones that slant down on the top from other brands? i like these and they look good on, but i feel like these have a vampy, fru-fru, douchey LA factor to them (maybe bc i can't get the Gucci feel out of my head) - maybe if the lines were a little sharper. i'm looking at plain gold frames and plain brown lenses




i was also looking at the Ray Ban Outdoorsman (although sometimes i think i default to classic sihlouettes too automatically lol)

then i was looking at some plastic frames again . . . and i tried these Persol 1864's on. i like them bc they have a more curvey modern look to them but they have the silver bar on the side that makes them still feel classic - doesn't help that my fave actor mr. bloom has them aslo lol

just a note if you're going to order from Moscot. Their customer service took a dive off the deep end the past 3 months. I'm not the only person who has mentioned this, I saw some others complaining on sufu. But, It took me nearly 2 months and threatening them to file out the paperwork for claims in order to get my return money.

I might get both. One in black and another in tortoiseshell.
