make a tumblr or blog with all your food please.

Made 2 different red mullet dishes tonight, both different styles.
First, "Fish and Chips":

Satisfying. Garlic and parsley work well with the mullet.
Second, I cut open and boned the fish, then stuffed it with herbs and a slice of orange. Pan-fried in olive oil and served it with a simple salad and a vinaigrette. I thought this preparation really let the great flavors of the fish come through. And I think orange works well with Rouget.

Really not a bad meal for a little over 8 bucks.

Okay, I don't profess to be anything other than a complete amateur, but here are some short ribs I made for my wife's agent's bday dinner. Please excuse the plates, I can't stand them, but my wife wanted kind of a holiday theme.

Ohhh, and the wine.

Thanks! It was really, really great. I was a little worried as it seemed to have lost more of its color than I would have expected, but it turned out to be fantastic.

Damn TC, that looks tasty!
Your wife a famous international model? (somehow, just seems to fit)

Thanks! Nahh, not famous or international even, it's almost more of a hobby at this stage in her career.

the mongolian beef at pf chang's is quite ok, almost commendable, but all the noodle dishes are for ****.
I have a very funny PF chang story.

I would like to say that the whole stuff in quotes deal has not reached Atlanta yet, you know "fish and chips" or apple "snow" and after having seen mm do it twice i'm already sick of it.

That "cigar" on Top Chef was pretty nasty too.

I ate some napoli-style pizza with a friend and then we went to the bar that has a Murcielago inside of it, and I drank like 5 glasses of Bollinger, he had a couple Yamazakis. Brought my dog along and she Snoopy'd the whole time on a bar stool.
