I sure wish you'd do something in Charleston or Columbia, SC

I would love to open stores in all those locations.
I thought LA was saturated. I would LOVE to have a store there.

Houston would be nice too!

Charleston SC don't you have a lot of shopping there????

To note:

The Carolinas are so utterly lacking it's ridiculous. I'm in the triangle (Raleigh / Durham, North Carolina) right now, but if something good popped up in SC I'd make the drive.

Also, consider Houston or Austin. Austin has a place called "hem" that claims to be a "denim bar"...they push the usual TR / SFAM but started carrying Rag & Bone and Nudie. I'm pretty sure they make a killing, and would be no real competition if you carry what you plan on carrying. Just letting you know there's a market out in Cowboy Country

I can't speak for Austin, but Houston only has a Co-Op with a tiny selection, an AA store, and a bunch of decent resale places on lower Westheimer. The few menswear boutiques around here cater to the TR/7FAM/Theory crowd.

You guys have nothin' to complain about. Come to West Virginia and see what a real "fashion wasteland" looks like.

Austin has:

a Co-Op with a probably even tinier selection
a few boutiques that carry Trovata, Gant, Save Khaki, Penguin, Brown Sound, etc...
1 or 2 AA stores
