I like them, I wonder where this started, is this relatively new or modern?, I never see older or vintage shoes with this design, is really "u cap" the official name of this design?, things like that, I tried to google but didn't find anything.

Vass name the color 6319 cognac.

Cheers

eg has a model and you can always ask bengal. he is interested in historical things and owns a big archive, afaik. otherwise, i have no clue as i do not research things, i'm not interested in. no offense.

thanks for the colour code. as i do not buy shoes online, i don't need it. actually, i'm not hysterical about shades and nuances. none of my shoes has the same colour. except black, of course.

have a great date :D

None at all, perfectly reasonable, it was just a general question for anybody really and it's not that important either, just curious.

Thanks!

My new walnut McAllisters from AE, Perry Ellis Portfolio socks (part of a 5 set from eBay) and Pronto Uomo pants (ya, I know).
I included the shirt (Charles Tyrwhitt) because when I don't go on a more wild tangent I tend to pick socks that have elements of colour from more than one source.
