It seemed toungue in cheek, not ****** to me. Lol, I thought you guys were buddies.

Thats because it was. You can generally ignore 99% of what sinnedk says. It’s always going to be a rehash of points everyone has already made, a post of literally zero value, or a “this joke went way over my head so I’m going to take it literally and say really stupid **** and then say we shouldn’t insult each other after 20 dumb posts”

@sinnedk you could have just posted a link and some description :D

@BallsBallsBalls you’re such a character man, but I think it’s more productive to focus your energy more into your work. If you have time to spare, I’d love to hear more about your journey and if you have anything else in addition to those jackets.

A dear friend of mine really wants a leather blazer/sport jacket, any design or brand that you guys could think of?

we had a really cool one of these several years ago in a matte blistered lamb

I have a leather blazer from No No Yes in a very nice washed horse, but the process for getting a blazer (rather than a rider of some kind) from them seems … hard to figure out, at least if like me you don't know any Japanese. (The fact that they have three different websites doesn't help. I got it secondhand.) It's very well made, though.

@Zamb this is great. I’ve sent him your site and contact so he can decide for himself. I still owe him a custom silk shirt. He wants engraved buttons so it takes a bit more time than I anticipated

@oulipien I checked their website and it’s quite interesting. I can ask my Japanese contact for help anytime but it seems burdensome for getting just a jacket.

Hey guys, could I get an opinion on fit please? I bought this All Saints Conroy jacket on eBay for a pretty good price (300 CAD) and I checked the size based on the sizing guide on the all Saints website. I bought an XL since the measurements were closest to my actual measurements. The jacket feels fine, but feels off? It seems too baggy to me, tho the shoulders and chest feel quite comfortable. Just looks funny to me, then again, this is my first leather jacket. I'm working on dropping weight, but my shoulders and chest won't change much, just planning to lose about 3-4 inches around my waist.

If it is too big, I might sell it off and buy one size lower? Or should I look into tailoring this down? It's funny, I wasn't even sure the XL would fit haha

I just feel that this isn't a great cut for you. Neither sizing up nor sizing down will help. May as well sell it off and try for something that fits better, imo.

Does any other alternative jacket or cut come to mind?

How tall and big are you (chest, waist, etc..)? That jacket looks too long in both the arms and torso, but fairly tight around the body. I might suggest something like Real McCoy for you, but I really don't know what you are into.

I'm 5'10". Actual inches around waist and chest, I'll have to measure, haven't checked in a while, haha. My suit sizing is usually 44R, shirts are 16.5. I'll measure and put them up after. I'm just wondering if a Large would have been the right call but only after I lose some more weight. Just seemed like a good deal so I gave it a shot

I think it's better that you lose weight first then buy a jacket. Whatever jacket you're getting now might not look as good on you when you're done with the weight lose.
