Confirmed. I read that on a placard above a water fountain in NYC's American Museum of Natural Sciences. It got me thinking.

Sydney's tap water is great. They add Fluoride to it too, so we won't end up looking like something from the Big Book of British Smiles..

Zürich in Switzerland. No reason against drinking tap water since it's processed from the water in Lake Zürich which in itself already fulfills all regulations for cleanliness.
Maybe everybody should take a sip from the tap water in Sankt Moritz in the Alps, over the last couple of years, the processing plant did not manage to get residual cocaine out of the water anymore...

waco tap water is quite gross, but i drink it whenever i eat out.

I have a whole Brita water cooler in my room...All the water is cooled and filtered through two filters before I drink it...It's fantastic.

Tap water (cold, that is) is free here and even has less microbes than most bottled waters. So that's a yes.

IIRC (from ~5 year old NE), Finland has the best tap water in the world, followed by New Zealand. Sweden has got good tap as well so I have no issues with drinking that.
