Best way is to get your other blazer (not thick outwears) measured and compare. pit-to-pit is about 19.5" and there are other measurements.

IMO, if you wear medium, it will fit you nicely, but if you wear large, it could be too tight. You're between medium and large, so I would say it could fit you slim.

BUT, I recommend check all the measurements. I wanna sell them all, but I don't want to sell to someone who wouldn't like it.
