I think a call to my favorite SA is in order.

Those look minty fresh!  As an aside, I cross-laced mine at first, and now after break-in the gap is pretty parallel.  I should probably switch to bar-lacing now...

Any rumblings about % discounts for RDA? Looking to pick up a few new pairs of 1sts and replace my strands. Hoping its not something pathetic like 15% across the board. IMO @ $395 they are already approaching Carmina/Alden prices and just not worth it. Hoping for sub $300 strands.

Isn't always 14.92% off across the board? The year Columbus discovered America.

Well, that's the minimum. Select models have bigger discounts.

By the way, RL X AE Sandersons today. A couple of years old.

Usually shell/other random specs are 15% off but they discount the mainstream shoes a bit heavier. If I remember correctly its usually 20-30% for strands, etc.

I actually heard 10% from an SA. I pray he was rounding, but still...

I personally don't like used unless you can tell they were closer to an extended try on. And at 100 you can find some decent merlot ones, or many good seconds in the 150 range. Personal preference though I know many on here who find some amazing preowned pairs. Call me what you want but I just can't muster wearing another mans shoes.

The only "used" pair I have, I bought from a member here via message. They were practically new, and I'd do that again. I wouldn't buy from someone I didn't "know," though.

@BespokeBrooklyn I've seen the bourbon black tassel Grayson - what's the hesitation? I'm not a huge fan of the bourbon plus with the Grayson being on the more dressy / sleek side I prefer a darker color, but for dirt cheap (which the bourbon probably is bynow) no way id pass. Hell, I already have a merlot Grayson, a shell burgundy Adams and a black Jermyn and I still wouldn't pass.
