DUDE! THAT'S ME!!!! IF YOU GET THEM, HIT ME UP! I love their Italy stuff, and it fits me like a glove, particularly the 40, but 41s often work too.
Will check on Wed. If they have them, you're about to be blessed.

I mostly wear workwear-ish stuff, both classic and "fashiony". Stuff like Pendleton, Woolrich, Engineered Garments, Sassafras, Filson, etc. I also wear a lot of Polo stuff (but not actual polo shirts).

As CM stuff goes I'd love:
-flannel pants (ideally in muted/"classic" colours, pleated or flat front, no care)
-corduroy pants (see above, prefer wide wale)
-Sport coats, especially navy, ideally with a minimally structured or unstructured shoulder that also comes in around the 18.25" width mark
-dress shirts in staple colours. Classic/"blousy" cut is totally fine since I don't wear them without jackets. Prefer button-down collars, especially ones with big generous points that roll well, and spread collars.
-tweeds of all kinds
-madras of all kinds
-patchwork anything!
-nice walnut/cognac brown dress belt in 36 or 38. Any colour hardware is fine.
-emblematic ties

other ideas:
-wool blankets
-interesting or weird books
-some coffee from a roaster from your area

sizes in profile!

I need to be reassured I did something nice. Just had a cucinelli cashmere/silk sweater in my hand. Little old man tells me he just put it down but planned to buy it so I gave it to him. He is probably buying to wear so I feel better thinking that. Hopefully karma is on my side the rest of the day!
Was he wearing a furry vest and had a ferarri keychain?

I like this idea.

I wear mostly Streetwear / Workwear / Denim these days. I do collect CM stuff like SC's, ties, etc... but rarely wear it.

Things that generally work for me, or that I have been needing:

  • More recent J.crew shirts / sweaters in size L or XL Slim. Preferrably darker colors, but plaids / micro patterns are cool too.
  • Pendleton / Filson stuff in M / L. (44" chest, 26"+ sleeve)
  • Tapered leg dark denim in 38 x 34.
  • Tan or Brown flat-front chinos in 38 x 32.
  • Cool sunglasses in a larger / wider size. (I gots a big head -_- )
  • Cheap Timex or Seiko watch? Weekender / aviator / minimalist sort of style.
  • Black plain toe dress boots. Chelsea or w/e. 13-14 E.
  • Cool vintage lighters.

That's about all I can think of. I hope this helps. Cheers mate.

Don't feel bad, my own wife doesn't know what to buy me. I really don't care what I get, if anything. The holidays for me are not about a material item, I spend all year thinking about that. Send me a handwritten card on thrifted stationary and it would mean more than a Kiton tie. Seriously.

Thriftsmas buddy:

Not too worried about receiving anything in particular, I'm not too picky. But for the sake of giving an idea; a 6 pack from a good local brewer would be a wicked gift. Not sure how feasible that is with shipping though...

Thriftmas bro:

Looking for BB extra slim shirts 15x33 or 15.5x33, solid knits in a small, or cashmere ties.
Also, always interested in good English or 'Murican shoes in a 8UK/9D US.
And metal/rock band t-shirts in small.
At the end of the day I'm chill, gift card, coffee, beer, whisky, whatevs. Let's get into the spirit of the season.
