But this is terrible advice. Doing squats, bench, cleans, military press, etc. DOES NOT "slow" your motabilism. Obviously if the goal is to lose weight, regardless of what kind of weight, then yea you'll see best results from cardio and a change in eating habits, but to insinuate it's harder to lose fat by doing heavy lifts is very bad info.
