I pulled the trigger on those a couple of days back, so what I read above was not good news until I checked the price just now, marked down $0.05 . . .

Betcha that's the first time you were ever pleased that a price did NOT go down

I bet they'll drop it 30 days after the "last" purchase to minimize returns . . .

Probably right. Still, I had the same thought as you initially, but then again, I wouldn't have bought them myself if they weren't worth the price to me, so I won't have too many regrets. Also, the most popular sizes (kind of like the 40-42R in the suit world are always sold out first, leaving the equivalent of the 36S at the sale price anyway.

True. In my mind that is exactly what I tried to imply with "last", instead of having to explain more . . . . .

As a matter of fact, if the shoes fit fine, they'll probably be keepers; there won't be regrets spending $350 on PS MPs

Bought the Timothy. It is still a good price at $350.

Especially since I have paid full price for PS Grensons.

Plus, who knows what will be left if and when they lower the price?

Service was great !!

They also had some very nice ankle height chukkas, black and brown, in a pebbled leather, but I passed also. Was still very surprised at the abundance of bicycle toes; they didn't seem to scream Paul Stuart to me.

I am usually a USA 10.5/11E would I get away with that size or do I need the 11.5D?

My advice would be to go 1/2 size up. I have never taken anything larger than an 11 until this shoe, which I had to go 11 1/2 in, and I probably have over 50 pairs of shoes if that tells you anything.
