I once listened to an interview with Emmitt Smith where he said he always waits for his guys to help him up. Seems it takes a noticeable amount of energy to pick yourself up 30-40 times a game, and right after you've ran balls-out on the play. I've never played organized football but I equate this to the feeling after I've run a HIIT set or done burpees - you don't even want to stay standing much less try to change position

Plus I'm sure the team unity plays well to the cameras and all that too

also - did you guys see the Thanksgiving schedule? absolutely horrid. I don't know what I'm going to do now, I have no interest in seeing any of these games except maybe Lions/Packers to see what kind of crazy **** #81 pulls off

NFL should have a rule that all Thanksgiving Day games are divisional games. No need to eat dinner in front of the TV for this "turkey."
