Baby bro just got his first big boy job and mentioned he needed some shoe care products. This fit the bill perfectly.

Don't quite have the swag of Murl, but I still love my Eidos. Such a comfortable jacket.

Heading to Chicago later on today, so I put together an outfit of things I would rather not stuff in a suitcase. Not pictured: gloves, scarf, or LBM jacket. I should note, I tried to pack the Merino coat... I need some bigger suitcases. Also Big John slim tapered.

Slim tapereds look great there. And you're going toe to toe with Murl in that Eidos for sure.

Chicago's chilly right now. Glad you've got your cold weather gear ready to go. :freeze:

I think Vass sizing is all over the place and depends on person's feet shape. I'm a solid 11D (RL Marlows, Aldens, English shoes, etc) but 44.5 Vass didn't fit me so go figure.
By the way, what size are you on P2 last?

You know I think the last time I had my foot measured on one of those Brannock things, they guy said something about my foot being 11.5 in the arch or something. Anyway, I think shoe sizing is a bit of a wild card across the board. The foot is some pretty complex geometry and things need to be pretty close to right to work well.

I'm a 45 across the Vass lasts I've tried so far, including the P2.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. The jacket has really "worn in" well. It looks like I have a dropped right shoulder eh?

And that is good to know! I have my bulls wool, Casentino, scarves, etc., all ready. Still going to be freezing though. My brother called last night, and asked if I could borrow a winter coat. Not wishing to let him use my Merino or Juncus, I told him I was all out

- jcklh is one of my favorite posters on Instagram

- DLJr, that's is as Stitchy would say, "amazeballs".

- Newcomer, don't sell yourself short. That Eidos looks great on you. I still need to take mine to the tailor....and I think I can pull off ordering another via MTO.

Don't think I'd lend out my Schneider even to blood relatives...

And hat, coat, scarf, check, check, check. You get some serious wind tunnel effects down among all those tall buildings. And if (big if) there's any sun, then the buildings create shade anyway.

Whatever. Have a great time. :slayer:

Thought I'd join in on the Eidos love with my first fit pic (although not much of a fit pic given my stance)

Nice! Very mad I didn't grab that jacket.

Looking good Unbel (minus the BD) and 1969.
