Stain repellent on collared shirts?

Are there any recommended stain repellents for collared shirts? I wear collared shirts on a daily basis and some of my shirts have this material where it absorbs all natural oils from my neck and stains the collar.

I've heard that can actually be glue from the shirt. Your dry cleaner should be able to clean but it has to be pointed out when you drop off your shirts for special attention.

No stain repellants exist that can protect the insides of the collars from body oils. That's just fact. Now the issue becomes how to handle the problem.
