Cross posting from WAYWT.

From a show I played earlier in the week.

Everything is SLP except the black T with the satin bomber (Everlane).
No vis with the black denim are my classic black Chelseas (which looked amazing).

I had the indigo jeans taken in and they're still too big. Good thing there's a pair of slim raws waiting in my PO box for me to break in. :slayer:

Edit: I was one of the suckers who bought the silver zip-ups at retail from Barneys. But at least I've had a few chances to wear them (and hope to have more).

Has anyone purchased their leather goods? This wallet is roughly 6 months old and is already starting to break down.

Is there anything I could do about this, such as bring it into a boutique? I originally purchased from Ssense.

Hi, I purchased this studded leather jacket this spring/summer from Luisaviaroma, paid 3500 euros. This is a size 46, while I fit the size 44 of the classic biker Jacket. Your opinions about the fit and the model? Thanks in advance ;)

You are stupid. This is not a ghetto, is only my bedroom that is not in perfect order in this moment. It's only one room of my house with 3 floors and with a big garden. Sorry for the chaos of my bedroom in this moment, but my question was your opinion only about this jacket.

Haha, don't worry about the bedroom.

The jacket looks too big to me; I would have preferred the armholes to be higher and the sleeves thinner. That's a bad-ass jacket, but I think the 44 would be perfect for you.

Since you're living in a bedroom, however, how old are you? The reason I ask is if you're not done filling out maybe the 46 is more future safe. At the risk of talking in circles, the concern with that piece is that it's not necessarily classic, so won't look as good in three to four years.

It won't hurt to ask! I can't really tell by the pics because it's dark, but is it the glaze that wore off?

Pardon, glaze?

I was essentially referring to how the leather is beginning to split apart

Sorry.. A bit challenging to get a micro pic to capture the detail with an iPhone

Hi Sir Grotius, thank you for your reply. I am 33 years old but I have a skinny body (I do fitness 3 days a week) and
I have also the Classic biker and the perfecto biker in 44. This studded biker jacket is a 46 but is more slim than the
Classic biker in 46, but a little bit too large compared to the biker 44. Maybe the only problem are
the sleeves, a little bit lenght as you can see by the pictures. I Don't live in a bedroom, the bedroom
is only one of the rooms of my house :) However, If anyone is interested to the studded biker, I sell it
for 1500 euros, is new and never used, just tried.

sleeves in most items seem to be too long.
anyone else think this?

anyone had shortened...i'm talking leathers and suede jackets...worried that the alteration places wont stitch through the existing stitch holes though and end up looking a mess.

i have the classic biker (01?) in a 44...would anyone swap for 44 other biker (L17?)

No problem! It was just the lighting that was an issue. Anyway, the wallet has a glaze covering the leather so the parts where the leather is exposed is due to normal wear and tear. Here's my wallet:

Ahh, thanks for the info! Learn something new everyday. After dropping $400+ on a wallet, it makes me feel a little better that I'm not the only one lol. I'll take it into one of the NY boutiques to see if they do re-glazing. It's not too bad, but I'd rather amend it early rather than it turn into something a lot worse.

It's no Hermes so I wouldn't expect top notch leather quality to begin with TBH.
