I'm about to order the 15.5cm destroyed jeans, so i have a question on sizing- I wear a size 31 in the black permanent collection 15.5cm. They're my favorite jeans of all time in terms of it. I've heard mixed reviews as far as whether the washed and destroyed 'runway' jeans run a size small. So the question is- size up or stay tts? the measurement i'm most concerned about is the calf. waist and thigh is no issue as i have some room to spare in the black size 31s post break-in.

It varies from season to season to be honest. The 15.5cms from F/W13 fit pretty snugly around the calves and around the waist, but they stretch an appropriate amount where it's not uncomfortable. The 15.5cms from S/S14 are a bit looser I find. The destroyed denim this season appears to be 15cm, although I wouldn't be surprised if they're actually 14.5cm like the previous ones. I'd almost say size up one, but if they're anything like last seasons, then I think TTS is fine in any case.

Hope I don't get flamed too hard in here for asking, but I'd really appreciate your thoughts on this YSL and this Burberry Prorsum leather jacket. The SLP is still going to be $1000 more than the Burberry, but I see this as a long term investment so I'm trying to leave the price difference out of it. I honestly love both of their aesthetics, but I live far away from any of these boutiques so I've never been able to see their quality in person. Any honest opinions would be EXTREMELY appreciated! :)

I like the unique pockets placement on the SLP. Burberry one looks pretty much basic and you can get similar design from midrange brands like BLK DNM. Btw Hedi Slimane' iconic pieces have high resale value in case you get bored/grow out of it.

What size should I go for Teddy Jacket (Black and White) 44 or 46?

I'm wearing blazer size 46, tee size s (a bit loose), Hoodie S or XS, Polo S, jeans 28.
I'm 172 tall, 60kg.

I'm worry that 44 will be too short and stuck at the armpit when I lift my arms.

Thank You Guys

I tried the burberry one on this weekend. really nice and fits a bit longer (but still short like a biker jacket should be) than the slp which i find to be a bit too short for my taste.

The "unique" pockets on the SLP just makes it difficult to use it as a hand warmers.

I don't know about the high resale value, I think too many people are thinking the prices are going to explode like the Hedis Dior leathers so most are buying for that reason but that jackets available every season so far and aren't exactly selling out and are even actually going on sale as the op said.

Do you mean shorter in sleeves or in body length?

The number one con I have for the Burberry is that the sleeves are apparently 1.5" longer than the SLP from what these measurements are saying.
