Bit hard to see but C1 vest in Navy Nyco ripstop. Was originally gonna wear my chambray work shirt also but it felt too long for some reason.

Nice! Jealous of that c1. Also, is that a Kapital ring jacket?

Yeah, got it up at Anthem about 6 months ago, the thing is absolutely nuts. Really oversized, I'm a big lad and this is a size 2 from what I can tell.

I meant to PM you actually, I went up to tailor at the tannery yesterday and the guy definitely still has a L in the C1 vest and I asked him if he had a M too and he said he did. Couldn't see it and didn't really stick around as the guy was being a bit of a dick but you should give him a call if you're still after it.

Ring coat looks great! :slayer: Wanted one for a while but not sure whether a size 2 or 3 would be better.
(Am 6"2 with a 39" inch chest and looooong arms.)

Do you mind me asking how long the sleeves are on other coats that fit you?
(Shoulder-seam to end of cuff.)

Cool thanks Jagger_On!

I'll have to give them a ring. I went by the shop the other weekend but they were closed (couldn't find their opening hours online, so just went by on a Sunday afternoon on the off chance as I was in London). Did they have any new season stock?

I think you'd be looking at a 2 but you might have issues with the sleeves. I think a 3 might drown you. I'm just under 6 foot with a much bigger chest and I don't think my arms are particularly long. I'll check out some measurements for you later.

Yeah, quite a bit. Off the top of my head, they had 1 red salmon peacoat (didn't check size for some reason) and quite a few of the black one, brown duck canvas fatigues, olive USN pants, a couple of check work shirts, navy LDT, something with a floral liner (can't remember if it was a brookline or the padded vest), reversible polka dot vest and quite a few other things too. I was drawn to the storm parka from last year with the detachable liner but I really don't need anymore jackets like that at the moment.

It's cotton it was one from eBay he said possibly fall 2010 and that it was nicest whipcord he seen from EG. I just looked it up and I remember that season from when Ghostface posted a fit with the parka he has.

Hey, that's mine :). Thanks for buying it, I hate to let it go because I absolutely love it but it's just too small for me these days, haven't worn it in quite a while and it's been sitting in a garment bag. Happy to see its going to someone here.

el Bert, I think you will like the Bedford. I've had the same one but sold it to a friend because I outgrew it. It was my favorite jacket as well, I wore mine all the time. Totally agree with slide13, the whipcord is ace, really tough and durable. It's the Unlined Bedford Heavy Whipcord from SS11, it was actually labeled as dark navy but it definitely looks black. If I could just find one in medium on ebay I would get it right away..

I was in contact with the guy at Tattt half a year ago or so. I wanted to know if he still had that navy/white polka dot EG vest with the big front pocket that's on the start page of his website (http://www.tattt.co.uk), he told me yes but sent me photos of another EG vest with polka dots. He also had a couple other older items like that shooting jacket or w/e it's called from SS12 but I found him pretty difficult to speak to. Do you know if he has any old EG stuff left and what he has? Thanks

Thanks! Yeah I actually couldn't find it in either of the fall 10 or spring 11 maybe it was just something one store carried or something? But I think it'll be good.

if it's the one that was labeled as navy but looks black, that's the same bedford I have and love it.
