Alright fellas, have at it:

Love the tie and the suit's cloth is impossible to argue with. The four-pattern combination really does work (chapeau), though i'm not sure why a plain blue shirt wouldn't have been better. The four patter are almost a form of bravado. Relatedly, I'm always for abolishing squares, but bracketing that this one goes well with the rest.

Excellent (though again, I'd have picked a plain white or blue shirt).

Impossible to take issue with.

Not crazy about this tie, though can't really see it well. Woven or printed? Also, the square seems a bit matchy, though I bet that's the photo.

Excellent. Now just imagine how much more confident, modern and unfussy it would look without the square.

Thanks for the comments, stitchy. The colors on the pic aren't great...this one might be better, allows you to see the square a bit better:

A little late to the party, but that is a lovely glen plaid. Which cloth is it?

5 is my favorite, but I would not be surprised if 3 is the crowd favorite.

And just to nitpick, does anyone else think the width of the DB lapel is too big or unbalanced compared to the size of the boutonniere hole?

HF: I've complained about your tie knots before, but your self-concept is clearly strong enough to withstand my best attempts. :D

Love the color of that tie. I have a chocolate brown knit, but yours looks more like ochre or tobacco brown. Then again, it's probably just the flash washing out the color, but still.

I snapped this yesterday but forgot to post. It at least provides more depth to the color contrasts that I think work pretty well...

I don't hate that as much as most people here, and I like both the tie and the suit on their own, but brown and green just seems the wrong kind of obvious combination (where blue and grey is the right kind, say), except in a straight country ensemble.

Alright, trying out the new butcher stripe with SF approved green tie. Suit is a Harrisons Premier Cru navy birdseye:

Suit, shirt, and tie look great together. The pocket square is, what, folded silk?

Linen, hard to tell from the picture which makes it look a little sheeny.

I wasn't so concerned about the sheen, and much more so about the rumples. Maybe it needs a good pressing.

Thank you. It's "Havana" brown from Howard Yount.

I like the rumpled white linen square. I really like that navy birdseye.
