Talked to Kathy today & submitted the list of interested parties in the "Thor" boot to her. Under her recommendation we closed the order down to the 35 people who have already expressed an interest by PM'ing me.

Kathy will need the names of the people who are interested. You can PM me your names & I will correlate them and send them to Kathy or she will email everyone & get them, either way will work. Once Kathy has all the info she will write up the order & send it to Alden. Alden will them confirm it or not (Kathy was inclined to think that it will get confirmed), then it would go into production once the cigar shell is available. ETA on this boot worst case is 1 year, Kathy was hoping for next spring.

Since Kathy is nice enough to take MTOs from us I ask that everyone who has expressed an interest is a serious buyer. Cost in my estimation would be $710, plus factor in the usual January Alden price increase of 5-8%, & it comes to $750-775, ballpark.

One thing to note, while this is an MTO Alden doesn't always follow instructions very well and have in the past changed specs on a make-up without Kathy knowing (case in point the whiskey Indy MTO). If this happens and say something is changed I hope that we all can be understanding and don't leave Kathy holding the bag on these boots. If we keep a good relationship with Kathy I could see 1-2 Alden MTOs a year coming to fruition.
