Any chance we can get a third last for folks who are not in love with Barrie or trubalance? Either grant or leydon would be stellar.

Everyone seemed to voice a preference for the Barrie or Trubalance in the thread so far. I think we would lose a significant portion of voters and momentum if we included additional lasts. Having said that, certainly a possibility for someone else to organize the same boot on a different last.

    Matched Agatine 64% (Blind 9%, Agatine 27%)
    Antique Edgetrim 100%

Double Oiled Lock Sole - 91%
    360 degree Heel - 73%

Personally speaking my only reservation is the pull tabs. They kill the boot for me. Does everyone who voted yes feel strongly about pull tabs?

Disregard my vote, it was decided tonight that I'm moving to New York city! As such I'll only be able to afford one of these makeups and I don't want to sway it a certain way seeing as how if the #4 boot works out, then that is the boot I will be going with. Even with that though I can bring this information to Kathy on Monday. She will finally be back in the shop according to Joe.

I just submitted my response. I voted "no" on pull tabs. If this goes forward with them, that might kill it for me.

I voted 'no' for pulltabs as well but I suppose you can have those easily removed by a cobbler if it bothers you too much

my voting reflects very much the current poll results but I feel a rugged boot like this 'needs' a pair of commando soles but its not a deal breaker if it turns out to be double leather soles

really looking forward to this boot!

Kippy thanks for taking the time to create the poll. Maybe we should do a cross post on the poll in the Alden thread as well to garner a few more people for this cigar captoe MTO. I'll gladly take point on this project once the votes are tallied.

No the #4 is still very much on. This is the secondary makeup that we are working on.

OK, guys, 15 responses so far. CTYGGG, please feel free to publicize as you see fit. How is the viability of the order affected as we receive more responses and potential interest in the boot?

That should help. From what I have read in the past they usually want 10 to 15. Let's hope Kathy will help.

I just hope that people aren't voting for fun, and are 100% serious about putting the money up. I'd hate the see the make-up design swayed by those who don't really intend on purchasing the boot.

I have no problem putting my deposit down. I have to do it for every pair I get with my E width

Definitely interested in this. From following the thread it looks like there is one captoe barrie boot that is going to be ordered? I might be interested in that but want to confirm the details - already have the JCrew boot which seems similar.
Anything else in the works? Would be really interested in something like the Leffot Daytripper (but with no hooks).

I once ordered and received a 9EEE on the barrie last. It was a failed experiment, but I can confirm the Barrie last goes very wide.
