If you don't, you will be summarily banned from entry barring a $500 fine. There will be absolutely no exceptions, no reprieve, and no appeals, so don't ask. I will not respond to PMs, and neither will anyone else. The only way to get the ban rescinded will be to pay your fine.

Rules typically broken
1) Don't delete any information from a thread, ever Additons, good, deletions (including of previous prices,) bad. If you are doing a price drop, keep the original price up, and write. Now dropped to $X. Don't delete pictures either.

2) Don't write anything that is in direct violate of any other site's terms of use in the thread. So, no advertising personal payments, friends and family or surcharges on Paypal payments.

Ok, I may have been guilty of the PP thing; did not do it earlier, but then saw everyone else doing it with seeming impunity so joined up, so to speak. Won't happen again.

I move the pictures of the items that have sold into the spoiler and change the item number to saying sold. Illegal or not?

Read: PayPal doesn't like it when people deliberately skirt fees by using personal payments when they shouldn't. So don't use SF as a vehicle to break rules elsewhere.

To add to what DocHolliday said, it means (IMO) that you don't put up and item for sale here and say my asking price is '$XX gift or buyers adds 4% for PP', or variations thereof.

As a courtesy, can we also have a rule that requires sellers to build in the paypal fees into the selling price? i.e., no more "550 + pp fees".

I think that a $1000 fine for selling things that are ugly could make a real difference.

So we would have a B&S forum with probably 10 threads at most?

Would it be possible to modify the terms for reinstatement to also include a formal apology to the B&S Ambassador-in-Chief?
