Gentlemen -
I have a second interview for a really good job on Wednesday. High level management position with a state government agency. The work atmosphere is pretty casual, and I would almost never wear a tie to the job, but I would like some reassurance in thinking that I should still wear a suit to the interview.
I wore my blue suit (Hart, Schaffner & Marx) to the first interview, so I will probably go with my gray suit (2-button Austin Reed), white shirt and either blue striped tie (Jhane Barnes) or a red-striped (Dillards) tie to the second interview.
As I say, it is a management position dealing with public relations and marketing and will include supervision of  everything from the customer service associates, to press conferences, a website, magazine and television show.
 Wish me luck.
