I have an interview this week and I needed to get some advice. I plan on wearing my Blue single breasted suit Brown shoes and White French cuff shirt. Is it ever advisable to wear your shirt with the collar open, I have been told that dress at the company is business casual. Should I just wear a tie and play it safe.
Вы можете и перестраховаться. но помните, что даже в деловом стиле допустимо быть без галстука при этом расстегнув две верхние пуговицы рубашки

Keep in mind that if I’m interviewing you I’m dressing for my day and your interview happens to be a part of it. You, on the other hand, are dressing for an interview.

that really sums it up so perfectly. I think men should wear a tie to work. It does show that someone took the time to pay attention to details.

I hope the interview went well and you were offered the position if you wanted it!
