Up for sale is a pair of AE 5th ave in black calf 8.5 EEE. Worn twice (light wear -- only about 30 min/day on pavement). AE Last #5 is simply not for me 
I don't have the original box, so they will be shipped in the Allen-Edmonds Hale box. Size designated on the box is the same, 8.5 EEE.
I can take more pics if you want to see something specific.

Here are the insole measurements to the best of my ability:
Overall length = 11 1/4
Length to the widest point (i.e. heel to ball of the foot) = 7 3/4 or so
Width at the widest point = 3 1/4 - 3 1/2
Width at the mid-heel = 2 3/4
