Nice shades, nice scowl, nice pose. You are a new man. (Is that a new haircut, too?) For tweaks I'd recommend a smaller (or slimmer) polo and a belt that has more colors in it than just white.

You talkin' to ME?

Nice summary of poses and great addition dig :slayer:
Now buy a slimmer polo and you'll look as sharp in your casual outfits as you do in the gray suit :) ...

Tighter polo. Got it. A thrift find but I've lost 10 lbs since getting it.

Hah! Thanks TB!

Shades are Costa Del Mars with +1.75 bifocal readers preground into the lens. Great for texting while driving!
Scowl is courtesy of Mom and Dad. It seems to work better than my smile. Holdfast has no idea how fortunate he is.
Pose is being copyrighted as we speak, LOL.

It IS a new haircut but I had slipped out to go grocery shopping without applying the greasy kid stuff to it so it's a bit fluffier and windblown than usual.

Agreed on the shirt.
Belt...check!

This is what I'd wear tomorrow if I didn't have to work. Why do people like to shop on national holidays?

I know. I wore the shirt before but the laundry isn't done yet.

I have been reading SF for quite a while, and even though I might be quite young and still have a lot to learn myself, I too would like to say that I have very much so enjoyed to see your progress!

Anyways, I'm glad this thread exists, since I hardly ever have the chance to wear anything proper for the regular MC WAYWRN-thread. So here's my first contribution!

Echoing the praise Diggers but TB is spot on here. White belt plus white shoes (and powder blue trousers) has more than a hint of Florida retirement home about it. Otherwise good job matey.

caseyfud, I think a slimmer cut of pants would comfort you.

You're probably right; from some angles they look okay and from some angles they look too wide, so I'll probably have them tapered below the knee, at least. They're the Dockers D1, which are decent but not as slim as they should be.

You worked hard for the weight loss, so you should show a bit off, right!?!

Damn skippy! I wonder if I should get the polo tailored?

I wondered about the early bird special look at the local buffet but I was following the belt matches the footwear rule, cuz I'm no Spoo. That belt really rocks the grey plaid shorts that it came with, though.

Thanks! And celebrate that flat stomach while you have it!

I'm wearing 30 X 30 D1's in the picture on the steps but if they were any tighter below the knee, they wouldn't fit my calf.

What I'm wearing today! Unfortunately I didn't have time to iron my pants anymore this early morning, but oh well!

After spending all summer looking at Harris Tweeds that were too large or too worn out, I happened across this one today, Canadian, good shape and curiously sized as a 36 S. Since it was in the lower 60's F, rainy and breezy, I copped it. Canvasing be damned. That's a BR Italian Merino wool v-neck sweater under it and the sleeves got playfully shy for the camera. I was chilly today.

Seriously, I'm sticking with this pose, even when there's no handrail.
